LaBella’s Senior Planner Norabelle Greenberger, AICP, will be speaking at the 2025 Annual Forward Together Conference, hosted by the Lake Champlain–Lake George Regional Planning Board (LCLGRPB). The event takes place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, in Schroon Lake, New York.
At 9:15 a.m., Norabelle will present “Turning Plans Into Action: Tips and Tricks to Ensuring Your Plan Doesn’t Sit on the Shelf.” In this session, she will explore how communities can transform comprehensive and locally developed plans into actionable strategies that deliver real results. Through real-world examples, Norabelle will highlight common challenges, effective implementation techniques, and best practices for bringing plans to life.
