- Dec 8-10 | Bob Wilson, PE, will facilitate this workshop, based on the APWA course and manual “Construction Inspection: A Review,” with project examples tailored to North Carolina’s regional conditions. During the workshop, Bob will lead multiple sessions covering key topics such as construction inspection fundamentals, documentation and communication, risk management and legal considerations, pre-project planning, and landscaping.

This webinar will explore how thoughtful building design can reduce heat, improve comfort, and support student success.

She will discuss how developers can coordinate overlapping environmental requirements and funding milestones while leveraging BCP incentives to keep critical affordable housing projects viable and moving forward.
