LaBella Associates Named Architect of Record for Bleutech Park Gateway, a Futuristic Multi-Sports Venue Arena Project in Las Vegas
LaBella Associates today announces its role as Architect of Record for the Bleutech Park Gateway, a futuristic multi-sports venue Arena project, a visionary sports, gaming, and entertainment development planned at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Blue Diamond Road situated at the Las Vegas Strip, south.
Currently in the concept development phase, the Gateway multi-sports venue project represents an ambitious step forward in the evolution of sports, gaming, and immersive entertainment environments. Envisioned as part of the broader Bleutech Park Las Vegas initiative, the sports-anchored entertainment venue project, is designed to explore how advanced technologies, sustainable infrastructure strategies, and high-performance venue design can converge to create a next-generation destination experience.

The proposed multi-sports and entertainment venue is being designed to integrate emerging technologies, such as AI-enabled systems, internet of things (IoT), data-driven operational intelligence, smart mobility infrastructure, and sustainable design solutions. The development’s early planning efforts will also include multimodal transportation hub connectivity, eVTOL infrastructure, pedestrian-focused design, and next-generation fan experience strategies.
LaBella’s role as Architect of Record includes design, architectural coordination, regulatory engagement, and technical documentation as the project advances through early design phases. The firm brings deep expertise in complex sports and entertainment facilities, large-scale mixed-use developments, and integrated infrastructure planning.
