Angelia Simonton to Present at Manufacture Alabama’s 2026 HR, Safety, and Environmental Conference
LaBella’s Senior Technical Geologist and Environmental Manager Angelia Simonton, PG, CPEA, CHMM, will be speaking at the 2026 HR, Safety and Environmental Conference hosted by Manufacture Alabama. The event will be held July 27–28 in Mobile, Alabama.
On Monday, July 27, at 3:30 p.m. CST, Angelia will present “Benefits of EHS Compliance Auditing in Manufacturing,” which will cover:
- Reducing risk through hazard identification.
- Achieving cost savings by reducing injuries and fines and identifying compliance issues before a regulator does.
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities related to waste management, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Improving safety culture and trust through stronger environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management and follow-through on necessary corrective actions.
