
LaBella’s Senior Environmental Engineer, Chuck Sharpe, PE, will share his expertise at the 2025 CNY AWMA/AIHA Joint Technical Conference, co-hosted by the Central New York Chapters of the Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA) and the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). This event, which features a robust lineup of industry experts discussing key environmental, regulatory, and engineering topics, will take place on March 25, 2025, in Skaneateles, New York.
On Tuesday, March 25th at 2:15 p.m., Chuck will present “Ethical Considerations for Engineers—A Joint Technical/Legal Discussion.” alongside Bob Tyson, Esq., an environmental and energy attorney at Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC. Their session will review engineering ethics codes, including those established by the National Society of Professional Engineers to guide professional responsibilities and conduct. They will also explore hypothetical scenarios to foster a deeper discussion on ethical decision-making and real-world applications.
