LaBella Associates Acquires Prestige Environmental, Inc.

Addition of New Jersey-Based Firm Expands Environmental Services and Strengths Capabilities Across the Tri-State Area

LaBella Associates, an international architecture, engineering, environmental, and planning firm, today announced the acquisition of Prestige Environmental Inc., an environmental consulting firm based in New Jersey. The acquisition represents continued growth of LaBella’s environmental services business, particularly in the tri-state region. LaBella’s office locations now span 14 states.

Founded in 1993 to serve public sector needs, Prestige Environmental specializes in environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, waste management, and remediation services for federal, state, and municipal governments, as well as private-sector clients. Its team of experienced engineers, geologists, and environmental professionals, including certified NJDEP Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs), brings deep expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and delivering community-focused projects.
