LaBella Presenting at NYWEA Spring Technical Conference in Saratoga Springs, New York

LaBella’s Jacob Bower, PE, and Jason Ebbs, PE, will present at the New York Water Environment Association’s (NYWEA) Spring Technical Conference, taking place June 1–3, 2026, in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Titled “Unique Sewer Design Strategies for Lakefront Systems,” the presentation will highlight the design and implementation of a large-scale, low-pressure sanitary sewer system for the Town of Kendall, New York. The complex, multi-year project included nearly 300 grinder pumps, extensive low-pressure force mains and gravity sewers, multi-agency permitting, and individual property easements.

During the session, attendees will gain insight into the project’s sewer design strategies, as well as lessons learned related to regulatory approvals, funding coordination, public outreach, and stakeholder engagement for lakefront infrastructure systems.
