Norabelle Greenberger to Present EPA Brownfields Grants Webinar With NYAOT
LaBella’s Eastern New York Planning Lead and Brownfields Market Lead Norabelle Greenberger, AICP, will present a one-hour webinar hosted by the New York Association of Towns (NYAOT) titled “EPA Brownfield Grants: Unlocking Funding & Removing Development Barriers to Advance Development.”
Brownfield properties can present significant barriers to community revitalization, from environmental uncertainty and cleanup costs to complex ownership and limited development interest. EPA Brownfields Grants provide municipalities and their partners with resources to investigate environmental conditions, plan for reuse, engage property owners and community members, and prepare sites for public or private investment.
During the webinar on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., Norabelle will explore available EPA funding opportunities and how communities can use them to overcome redevelopment barriers and advance broader revitalization goals.
