Susan Wylie to Join St. John Fisher University Panel on Philanthropy and Professional Growth

LaBella’s Susan Wylie, Government Affairs and Community Relations, will join a panel of Rochester-area business and community leaders for “Lead With Purpose: Why Philanthropy Is a Catalyst for Professional Growth” on Tuesday, September 29, at St. John Fisher University.

Presented by LaBella and hosted by the St. John Fisher University School of Business, the panel will explore how philanthropy and community engagement can serve as powerful drivers of professional growth and leadership development.

Susan will join fellow panelists Dave Emmi, COO of O’Connell Electric Company, and Vince Lecce, Rochester Market President at KeyBank, to discuss how community involvement has shaped their careers, expanded their professional networks, and strengthened their ability to lead. Daniel J. Connolly, Ph.D., Dean of the School of Business at St. John Fisher University, will facilitate the conversation.

Designed for students, emerging professionals, seasoned executives, and other members of the Rochester community, the discussion will offer insights into how leading with purpose can create meaningful impact both professionally and personally.

The evening will begin with a networking reception featuring light refreshments and a cash bar from 5:00–5:45 p.m., followed by the panel discussion at 6:00 p.m. in Cleary Auditorium at St. John Fisher University.

LaBella is proud to serve as the presenting sponsor of this event and support a conversation focused on leadership, community engagement, and the value of giving back.
