John has 35 years of experience in commercial project and construction management with 20 successful years working with utilities and municipalities across Long Island and New York City. John currently manages Construction Operations for electric utilities along the east coast while expanding the firm’s participation in expansive renewable energy initiatives. John’s expertise includes the preparation of scope, budget, and schedule, development of preliminary studies, cost estimates, and contract documents as well as design phase oversight, bidding processes, and invoicing. Through his many years of diverse experience, John has gained the leadership and negotiation skills that make him uniquely qualified as an industry expert.

John lives in Vestal, NY with his wife Vickie and enjoys frequent visits from his five children and six grandchildren. When not entertaining his family or supporting various community organizations, you might find John right in his own garage, “fueling” his long-time passion for race cars.
