Two LaBella Projects Receive Awards from the CSI Rochester New York Chapter

LaBella is proud to share that two of our projects were recognized by the CSI Rochester New York Chapter at the 2026 Annual Awards Dinner held in Penfield, New York.

The CSI Rochester Awards highlight the role of exemplary communication in positively influencing the process, quality, and successful outcome of a project. The awards provide a platform for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry to showcase the work of our members in the construction process.

Rochester Institute of Technology’s Judson Stadium project received the Innovation Award, which promotes innovative use of new materials or methods.

Rochester Broadway Theatre League’s West Herr Auditorium Theatre project received the Design-Build Award, celebrating collaboration between the design and construction teams.

These honors highlight the impact that strong partnerships have on the success of our projects.

Innovation Award

Rochester Institute of Technology’s Judson Stadium

Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) marked the completion of its athletic facilities transformation with the unveiling of Judson Stadium, a new soccer and lacrosse pitch and stadium with an enclosed spectator experience and a turf field. Drawing attention to the user experience, the stadium supports the College’s efforts to excel in student-athlete recruitment while encouraging greater game-day attendance.

In partnership with Populous and Pike Construction Services, LaBella provided full architectural and engineering design services for the two-phase project, starting with the turf field, followed by the two-story athletic complex.
