The James at Springline Project Receives ABC-VA 2026 Excellence in Construction Merit Award

LaBella is proud to share that the Virginia Chapter of Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc. (ABC-VA) honored The James at Springline Multi-Family Development with a Merit Award in the Residential Multi-Family category at its 13th annual Excellence in Construction Awards. Held in Norfolk, Virginia, the Excellence in Construction Awards ceremony recognized projects from the Hampton Roads and Central Virginia regions that demonstrate exceptional collaboration among general contractors, specialty contractors, material suppliers, architects, and engineers.

LaBella provided architecture and interior design services for The James at Springline, a pet-friendly luxury apartment community in North Chesterfield, Virginia. Thoughtfully designed to support modern living, working, and recreation, the development offers indoor and outdoor amenities, including landscaped courtyards, a resort-style pool, fire pits, a community kitchen, EV charging stations, and a clubhouse with gathering and fitness spaces, as well as package rooms, storage, and a pet-washing station.
