Rob joined LaBella Associates as an accountant in 1990 and was appointed Controller in 1999. He advanced to Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and became a Senior Vice President of the company in 2025. Under Rob’s leadership, the firm has implemented a strategy of diversification across various markets and geographies.

Rob earned a BS in Accounting from SUNY Brockport and serves on the Finance, Investment, and Audit Committee of the Brockport Foundation. Rob is also a member of Brockport’s Foundation Board. He is an avid guitar player and enjoys spending time with his wife Diane and children Matthew and Jordan in their hometown of Fairport, NY.
