LaBella Joining Panel Discussion at Soccerex Miami 2025

LaBella’s Global Practice Leader—Sports, Entertainment, and Public Venues Cristian Petschen and National Design Director Brad Bartholomew, AIA, LEED BD+C, will share their expertise at Soccerex Miami 2025, taking place November 11–13, 2025, in Miami, Florida.

On Thursday, November 13, at 10:30 a.m., Cristian and Brad will take part in a panel discussion on “Designing Champions: The New Model of Integrated Sports Academies and Lifestyle Destinations.” The session will also feature panelists Ivan Berlanga, Co-Founder of IDA Valencia Academy, and Gregory Scott, Founder of GCS Development, with Kareem Rae, Co-Founder of One Soccer Nation, moderating the conversation.

As the line between training grounds and lifestyle destinations continues to blur, next-generation academies and sports districts around the world are integrating performance, education, entertainment, and real estate into sustainable ecosystems that nurture both athletes and communities. This panel will explore how visionary design, business strategy, and community impact can turn sports into a catalyst for urban transformation and long-term investment.

Expected to draw over 2,000 attendees from around the world, Soccerex Miami 2025 features networking opportunities, interactive exhibits, and sessions exploring topics such as the 2026 World Cup, major tournament planning, infrastructure, operations, technology, fan engagement, and the growth of women’s soccer—offering valuable insights into the future of the global game.
