Jinan Greenland Exposition Center

LaBella, in collaboration with our Beijing consulting partners, have assisted Greenland Holding Corp. and the City of Jinan to develop a World-class International Exhibition & Conference Center. LaBella is responsible for the project master plan and architectural design services.

The new exhibition center is located in the core area of Cuizhai District, Jinan City, facing the Yellow River in the East and the city highway linking the airport in the north. The project is intended to become a powerful new urban and economic gateway into Jinan and to serve as a catalyst sparking economic growth and development at the city’s northern bank of the Yellow River district crossing.

The Center would become the world’s largest comprehensive indoor convention & exhibition center (CEC) integrating exhibition and conference facilities and accommodations. The total exhibition area is 510.000 m2, which will be constructed in three phases. Construction area of phase 1 is 240.000m2, and exhibition area is 150.000m2 which includes 12 single-floor halls with 10.000m2, and one multifunction hall and one main entrance hall.

Phase 1 Opening Date: Q2 2024

After the project is completed, it will become the largest exhibition center in China with the largest net exhibition area and the largest comprehensive scale in the world, with the ability to undertake international summits such as APEC and G20.
