Hudson Valley Welcomes Luxury Living
Located on a 72-acre property adjacent to the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) campus in Hyde Park, New York, One&Only Hudson Valley will feature a luxury resort, private villas, and the region’s first Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie. LaBella has supported the development since 2019, providing planning, surveying, transportation planning, geotechnical engineering, and civil engineering services in partnership with Nolan Reynolds International.
The existing CIA campus includes a combination of historic architecture and contemporary design. The One&Only development is designed to create a distinctive destination for luxury hospitality, wellness, and culinary experiences while complementing the site’s natural landscape and protecting environmental resources.
Additional features of the $250 million development project include a Hearth Building, which will offer retail shops and fine dining; an Event Barn Building with a ballroom and meeting spaces; a Hilltop Amenity Building with a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, and owner’s club; and a northern retail development with stores, teaching kitchens, tennis and pickleball courts, and a pro shop.
The design also includes approximately two miles of public trails, providing safe and efficient access throughout the development.
As just the second One&Only destination in the United States, this new development is expected to bring a new form of luxury living and be a major economic driver in the Hudson Valley.
