Bob Attardo

General Counsel

The LaBella Way is focused on client experience, community involvement, and company culture. I am proud to lead a legal team that supports our core values in everything we do.

As LaBella’s first in-house attorney, Bob created and now manages a legal department responsible for all aspects of LaBella’s legal affairs, supporting its rapid growth across the United States and internationally. He also serves as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors and executive leadership and as a Vice President of the firm. Bob’s areas of focus include mergers and acquisitions, employee shareholder transactions and relations, labor and employment, technology and intellectual property, and project dispute resolution.

Bob serves on the committee that developed and runs Propel, LaBella’s leadership development program, where he teaches public speaking and time management. Additionally, he presents a monthly Legal Lunch & Learn series on a variety of legal and business topics.

Committed to community involvement, Bob serves as a trustee on the boards of both WXXI Public Broadcasting Council and The Little Theatre. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and a past president of the Cornell Club of Rochester, as well as a member and past president of the Rochester Rotary Club. Bob volunteers with Penfield Hope, a ministry of his local church assisting residents and families to attain food, housing, and financial stability.

Bob is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law and the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.
