Revitalizing Niagara Falls’ Affordable Housing
This project involved a three-phase, 288-unit Hope VI revitalization of Niagara Falls Housing Authority’s Center Court public housing project. The first phase involved scatter site construction of 115 new affordable rental units plus 15 home-ownership units. In addition, duplex units were designed for family-sized households. These units were available in one-, two-, three-, or four-bedroom layouts.
