Luxury Living in LoSo Charlotte
Modera LoSo is a luxury mid-rise apartment community located in the vibrant and rapidly growing Lower South End (LoSo) district of Charlotte, North Carolina. Its 351 thoughtfully designed units are situated within walking distance of a light rail station, providing easy access to other parts of the city.
Collaboration was key to the success of this project, not only among the various stakeholders and partners but also in integrating design, history, and modern living. LaBella provided architectural design services that honor the area’s industrial heritage while seamlessly integrating the comfort and sophistication of contemporary living.
Modera LoSo offers intentionally curated spaces that elevate everyday living, including a fitness center, private and communal office areas, a sky lounge overlooking the Uptown skyline, an outdoor lawn and courtyard, a pool with a sundeck, a small dog park, and a secured parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations.
This project exemplifies the success of a collaborative approach, where creative partnerships, thoughtful design, and a deep understanding of place come together. The result is a community that is not only aesthetically inspiring but also functional and welcoming to all who call it home.
