Truist Field

Truist Field is a new 10,000-seat ballpark in Uptown Charlotte for the Charlotte Knights Triple-A team. The ballpark is designed to fit into a tight urban site, surrounded by streets on all 4 sides. The field was strategically oriented to showcase views of the Uptown Charlotte skyline from home plate. The main entrance plaza is located across from the new Romare Bearden Park to strengthen the synergy between the two parks.

The ballpark includes 22 private suites, indoor training and batting cages, Stadium Club on the Club Level, Homeplate Club on the Concourse Level, two “Dugout Suites” at the Field Level, “Home Run Porch” in Right Field, Picnic Terrace in Left Field, Outfield Berm Seating, and a planned future mixed-use building beyond left field.

Truist Field is LEED Certified.

Baseball America named Truist Field Best Ballpark in the Minors in 2015. Truist Field also received a design award from AIA North Carolina.
