I’m proud and excited to join LaBella to further the company’s success through support of our most important asset, our people.  My favorite part of HR is learning about the organization – the company’s strategy, business objectives, day to day work, strengths, challenges – and applying HR initiatives and processes to enable positive impact on our employees, leaders, the company, and our communities.

We’re thrilled to introduce Amy Galiana, our new Director of Human Resources at LaBella Associates. Amy joined our team in January 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for cultivating positive workplace environments. With over two decades of leadership and HR expertise spanning diverse industries including non-profit organizations, a large publicly traded company, print/digital media, higher education, healthcare, and now A/E, Amy offers invaluable insights into employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, coaching, organization development, and HR strategy.

Amy’s commitment to fostering diversity and empowering employees and leaders to reach their fullest potential is evident in both her professional and personal endeavors. As a supporter of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), she advocates for LGBTQ+ allyship, inclusion, and equity, embodying our values of respect and equality.

Amy is a proud graduate of Villanova University, where she majored in Political Science and developed a deep-rooted passion for Villanova basketball. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys exploring new destinations through travel, tandem bicycling with her husband Fernando, playing paddle tennis in the winter months, and cherishing moments on the front porch of her home in Rochester, NY.

With her diverse background, dedication to empowering individuals, and genuine commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces, Amy is poised to lead our HR team in creating a culture where every individual can thrive.
