Christopher Locke
Director of Geospatial“Land Surveying establishes the foundation that everything else is built upon. I believe leadership carries the same responsibility. By investing in people, fostering collaboration, and creating opportunities for growth, we build stronger teams, deliver greater value for our clients, and help shape the future of our profession.”
Christopher is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor who has built his career on solving complex challenges, developing high-performing teams, and delivering dependable results for utility, transportation, municipal, and private-sector clients.
From day one in the field, Christopher learned that technical excellence is only one measure of success. He believes the strongest survey teams are built on accountability, trust, teamwork, and continuous growth.
As Geospatial Division Director, Christopher provides strategic direction for survey operations across LaBella, guiding the growth of business, people, processes, and technology. By encouraging open communication, embracing innovation, creating opportunities for others to lead, and mentoring emerging professionals, he helps his teams deliver exceptional service while preparing the next generation of survey leaders.
Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying Engineering Technology from Alfred State College. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and coaching his two boys in baseball and football. Coaching reinforces many of the same leadership principles he values professionally: building trust, encouraging teamwork, and helping others succeed.
